A paper on "economic geography" yet only one citation from a geographer or geography journal. I know that these authors are not geographers, but, given the topic, it seems that some mention of geography would be warranted.

I haven't read this paper yet but I was curious enough to look at the bibliography. A paper on "economic geography" yet only one citation from a geographer or geography journal. I know that these authors are not geographers, but, given the topic, it seems that some mention of geography would be warranted.
