Welcome

Welcome to the webpage of the Self-organizing Systems Lab at the Computer Science Department of the Instituto de Investigaciones en Matemáticas Aplicadas y en Sistemas at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. This lab is also affiliated with the Centro de Ciencias de la Complejidad. Our research focus is the study of mechanisms by which interactions can be used to guide the state of a complex system and adapt to its environment. We have theoretical interests but also pursue several applications, such as transportation systems, social systems, biological models, telecommunication networks, and hardware.
